LiteImage
Generate, swap, animate. All local, all GPU.
Local AI image and video generation with Flux, SDXL, Stable Diffusion, and Wan2.1. Four face subsystems: FaceLens (browse the web with real-time face swap overlay), FaceSwap (static image/video replacement), AvatarCam (webcam-driven avatar animation), and TalkingHead (audio-driven lip sync). Plus A/B model comparison, HuggingFace Hub browser, chainable pipelines, and batch matrix.

What it does
Generate with Any Model
Full generation workflow with prompt editor, parameter controls, real-time canvas preview, and gallery sidebar showing all your outputs. Supports Flux, SDXL, SD 1.5, SD3, and Z-Image families.

Canvas & Post-Processing
Expand your images with Upscale, Inpaint, Outpaint, ControlNet, A/B Compare, and Remix — all from the canvas action bar. Chain steps into pipelines.

Model Manager
Scan local directories, load and swap models instantly, manage multiple model families and quantization formats. See what's loaded at a glance.

HuggingFace Hub Browser
Browse, search, and download models directly from HuggingFace without leaving the app. One-click install to your models directory.

FaceLens — Browse with Face Swap
An embedded browser where you navigate the web normally — click links, scroll, type — while a face-swapped overlay renders on top in real-time. No other tool does this. Click-through interaction via pointer-events passthrough, self-chaining capture loop, and ring-buffered playback.
Face Swap, AvatarCam & TalkingHead
Four face subsystems in one app. FaceSwap replaces faces in images and video. AvatarCam drives a portrait avatar from your webcam via FasterLivePortrait. TalkingHead generates lip-synced video from audio. All running on your GPU through managed Python sidecars.
Video Generation
Generate video from text or images using Wan2.1 models. Chunked frame generation, ffmpeg encoding to MP4 and GIF, configurable frame count, resolution, and guidance. All local.
Why LiteImage
The only local image app with FaceLens (browse the web with face-swapped overlay), avatar animation, talking heads, video gen, and pipeline chains — not extensions.
